Story
The men and women live in a giant underground silo with various regulations that they believe will protect them from the toxic and destroyed surface. Whether they’re exploring the stars, escaping dystopias, or making the world a better place, these women are all about sci-fi. Season 1 covers the book “Wool” The first 30 chapters. The fans on the floor spin in the wrong direction in different episodes relative to the direction of the blades.
I just started watching this show
Spinning this way neither pushes nor pulls air. Featured on WatchMojo: The 10 Best TV Shows of 2023 That You Need to Binge-Watch (2023). Something has been different since the beginning. The actors’ voices are very clear.
Kudos to the sound guys, this is a minor miracle
I often have trouble hearing what actors say in shows and movies. Maybe it has something to do with the acoustics of the silo? But I don’t think so, I think it’s because of the excellent work of the film’s sound team who record and edit the actors’ voices. It’s rare to hear actors’ voices with such delightful clarity.
I’ve finished the first series
It’s almost like hearing actors’ voices in the theater, it’s so good. I’ve got several episodes now and I’m enjoying the acting and the story. The good characters are well portrayed and in terms of the story and the operational details of the silo, something is slowly starting to unravel. I’m not sure where it all leads yet, but it certainly keeps me engaged.
I really enjoyed it
There’s a significant element at the end that is identical to the reveal that happens in the film. To avoid spoilers, I won’t say the name of the film, but I’m sure other people will know what I mean if they’ve seen it. That didn’t diminish my enjoyment of Silo, and anyway, I’m not sure who came up with the idea first, as I don’t know when the book Silo is based on was written.
